please have patience and notice that not all patters do work
Patterns
Some patterns need elements moved together after download, like
rose ct,
kat ct.
Changing the distance between stitches might fix/break/rotate/flip patterns.
that doesn't fail due to other bugs
or try your luck:
Create a custom pattern,
requirements for now:
no overlapping tile layout, head side and foot side are ignored.
Still, many patterns won't work.
Either follow the W.I.P. link to get the pair diagram,
or adjust the adress bar to get the thread diagram:
replace tile with poc.
Hover over diagram elements for pop up labels
Some browsers show these labels only on the darker elements, clicking fainter objects might still work.
read pairs between stitches as:
"left/right out of [id], left/right-into [id]".
The optional number at the end is the strength.
These pop ups are collected in the "customized pattern" link.
a stitch shows the [id] that appears on the label of pairs between stitches
and shows the chosen instructions.
Edit (actions may be slow and have no busy indication)
Click a pair (or not yet implemented: a hole) to make the connection between stitches:
.
A changed length will have another value than 1 at the end of the label.
Click a stitch to
assign:
Not yet implemented:
Some gesture to add a stitch.
The gesture should involve two non-adjacent lines on opposite sides of a hole.
Save the link to the edited pattern.
N.B: not future proof and stitch assignments are not yet saved.
Download the diagram and import into an editor
or show in another tab of your browser.
For example to see what is beyond the visible area,
add arrows heads to the pairs between stitches to identify a working order
or fix manually how currently failing patterns repeat.
Patterns may take some time to render, pay attention to the
busy indicator of your browser.
